For Amélie Wine Bar, Amelia Schantz led the first rebrand in over two decades, refining the visual identity to feel more modern, clear, and aligned with how the space is actually experienced.

She redesigned the menu system to bring structure to Amélie’s uniquely organized, quality-based wine program.The updated direction balances a fresher, more approachable feel for their younger late-night crowd with the original charm, character, and insider references that the "famelie" know and love (the wine bottle wall-iykyk).

Amelia continues to support the brand through ongoing creative direction, including social media planning and management, video direction, and photography. Together, the work creates a cohesive system that translates Amélie’s in-person energy into a strong, consistent digital presence.

For Greenhouse Coffee + Plants, Amelia Schantz has led ongoing merchandise design and creative collaboration, helping extend one of Corvallis's most recognizable, community-driven brands beyond the café itself.

Known as a college favorite for its plant-filled, high-energy atmosphere and strong local following, Greenhouse has built a distinct identity that blends humor, creativity, and community. Amelia's merch lines translate that identity into wearable pieces! She loves the opportunity to connect to her Oregon State roots (pun intended), create playful plant paraphernalia for plant parents, and visit the fun space in Corvallis, Oregon.

Her company, Gala Creative Agency continues to collaborate with the iconic Greenhouse team on content production, including the filming and production/direction of their podcast.

For Futura Coffee Roasters, Amelia Schantz collaborated on the design, production, and launch of a custom hat collection that translated the brand's values into something people could wear.

As an established name within Portland's highly competitive specialty coffee scene, Futura has built its reputation around regenerative agriculture, direct relationships at origin, and a commitment to improving soil health—with a portion of daily sales supporting their Soil Regeneration Fund and coffee sourcing deeply tied to Colombia, where the company's roots begin.

The collection was designed to reflect those values in a way that felt thoughtful rather than overly literal. The visual direction pulled from themes of soil health, agriculture, and the brand's Colombian roots, while still feeling clean, relevant, and wearable for Futura's audience in Portland and across Oregon.

From concept development to physical production and launch strategy, every detail was considered to create merchandise that felt like a natural extension of the brand.

For Bodhi, a multi-concept café, bakery, and bistro in Corvallis founded by Chopped champion Cody Utzman, Amelia Schantz developed the brand's first merchandise and staff apparel lines, translating Bodhi's identity into a wearable extension of the experience.

The work focused on creating a cohesive visual language that reflects Bodhi's balance of elevated food and approachable, community-driven energy. Each piece was designed to feel natural to the Corvallis community and be something that could live seamlessly between kitchen, café, and street, all while reinforcing a clear and recognizable brand presence across multiple locations.

The result is a cohesive brand expression that supports Bodhi's growth while staying grounded in the character and community that define it.

Amelia Schantz develops limited-run apparel and graphic work that extends the identity of one of Corvallis's most distinctive record stores, PreAtomic Records.

Known for its curated mix of new and vintage vinyl, PreAtomic has built a reputation as a go-to spot for collectors and casual listeners alike, offering everything from rare finds to listening stations that let people experience records before they buy.

Amelia's work focuses on translating that culture into graphics and merch that feel authentic to the space and people that fill it. The most notable pieces come out of key moments like Record Store Day and the shop's anniversary, where the direction leans into humor and community, capturing the kind of excitement that defines those days in-store (iykyk(again)).

Amelia Schantz developed a visual identity and apparel system for Tomboy, a San Francisco–based indie rock band. She collaborated with a colleague (Tristan Barrett) to create Tomboy's website and visual brand identity that was authentic to their music and members.

She created a logo that captures the band's slightly gritty, offbeat energy while staying simple enough to live across everything from digital to physical touchpoints. The apparel builds on that foundation, translating their sound and personality into pieces that feel wearable, not overly branded.

The direction leans into a DIY sensibility with just enough structure to keep things cohesive, allowing the identity to show up consistently across merch, content, and live settings without feeling overworked.
